I live and create at the very end of the Beara Peninsula in the West of Ireland. This remote landscape of rock, sea, and sky shapes everything I do.
Because I value slow, intentional, and meaningful connection over commercial speed, I do not use automated booking calendars or rigid forms. I prefer a human starting point.

- For West Cork, Kerry, and Beyond: If you are based in the southwest or planning to move to the region, I regularly travel within a 1.5-hour radius of Beara for on-site consultations, land walks, and local workshops.
- For the Rest of Ireland & Beyond: For clients further away or overseas, we can connect deeply and collaborate effectively via Zoom workshops and digital consultations.

My Approach to Pricing & Energy Exchange
I choose to operate outside the standard commercial architecture model. I do not charge percentages to inflate build costs, nor do I track our collaboration by tense hourly increments. I work through transparent flat fees and conscious energy exchanges.
- The Beautiful Earth Studio (Architectural Design): I work in clear, distinct milestones. You pay for each stage of drawings at your own pace, and you are never locked into an ongoing contract. My entry-level Vision & Spatial Study starts at €1,200 (+ VAT), which provides you with a beautiful conceptual layout and a clear roadmap before you ever approach a builder.
- The Beautiful Earth Lab & Commons (Workshops & Community Co-Design): I offer my facilitation and space-holding through half-day and full-day rates. Because I value democratic access to design, I offer a sliding-scale pricing model for community groups and low-impact projects.
If you have an intentional project that aligns with a more beautiful earth but are working on a very low budget, please write to me. I always hold a small space in my practice for solidarity exchange.
